We’ve launched Aftercare, a brand-new tool that lets you automatically send personalised emails or SMS to your clients before or after their appointment.

Whether it’s treatment instructions, recovery tips, or product recommendations, Aftercare helps you deliver professional follow-up without adding extra admin to your day.

What does this mean?

Aftercare lets you:

  • Create custom email and SMS templates
  • Link specific Aftercare to services (e.g. skin treatments, lash lifts, or massages)
  • Automate delivery so clients receive follow-up at the perfect time
  • Manually send messages early if needed with a simple “Send now” option
